“Chuck Paris and I met through the Regent University Alumni Association where I serve as an Executive Alumni Board (EAB) member. Chuck serves under the EAB as the Washington, DC Chapter President. He oversees 7 alumni who serve as chapter chairpersons for each school. There are about 1600 Regent alumni in the DC area that Chuck is working to connect. Early in his term he created a LinkedIn group for the DC chapter and added over 300 connections among area Alumni. “Chuck Paris was a presenter for the Interfaith Health Ministry Conference held on September 9, 2005 at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. This was done as a cooperative effort with the Prince William Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers, McLean Bible Church, Inova Congregtional Health Partnership, Prince William Health District, the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of Health Ministries Association, Inc. and the George Mason University School of Nursing. The focus of the seminar was, "Equipping Congregations For Such a Time As This: A Time for Courage." Chuck presented two breakout sessions entitled "What Would You Do In A Crisis?" The sessions covered an overview of critical incident leadership and provided resources for clergy, church administrators, parish nurses, and lay ministry leaders to gain education, training, and experience in training for, responding to, and recovering from disaster, crime violence, hostage-taking, and terrorism that may occur in their congregations or the community that they serve. As one of the organizers for this event, I recommend Chuch Paris as a presenter on the topic of Critical Incident Leadership to prepare groups or communities for crisis situations.”

“Chuck Paris was an independent contractor TV/Film acting coach from 1995-97 at a large talent management agency where I worked. He taught basic and advanced TV/Film workshops. As a Vice President of Talent Management, I was responsible for the selection and evaluation of potential talent for TV/Film and modeling workshops. The selected talent were assigned to the workshops that best suited their qualifications, interests and abilities. During 1995-96, Chuck was in film school at American University while he instructed hundreds of potential talent/actors for the TV/Film workshops.
